Retention Schedule

Health protocols and metabolic diaries are retained for a maximum of 10 years following your final consultation, as required by Swiss medical record-keeping standards, unless a deletion request is filed earlier for non-essential administrative data.

International Transfers

Data primarily remains within Switzerland. In cases where third-party software is used (email delivery, scheduling), we ensure providers are strictly compliant with Swiss-EU adequacy decisions and possess ISO 27001 certification.
